  9. QUOTE(My Dixie Normus @ Aug 10, 2006 -> 05:18 PM) I wonder if this will put any egg on the face of the nay sayers. Mmmm, nah, probably not. of course not they have a new complaint, Bush said "Islamic Fascist". that is the new big deal, brillant move on the left wings part.

  15. QUOTE(BigSqwert @ Aug 9, 2006 -> 01:58 PM) Perhaps some intern at the Times tried sneaking one past the editors and it worked. interns submit photographs for the NY Times to use? i doubt it, but if they do that's hilarious.
  16. QUOTE(BigSqwert @ Aug 9, 2006 -> 08:59 PM) Not sure what's more annoying, Hawk whining about umps or people in this thread whining about our team. tough one... but, i'll go with Hawk being more annoying.

  18. QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Aug 9, 2006 -> 05:15 PM) 3. Republican dollars; expect more than a few to flow into this race if Joe stays in it. or maybe democrats dollars (he did get like 49% of their votes). you really need to get over this idea that the Republicans sabatoge the Democrats campaings by donating money to the evil Ralph Nader and Joe Leiberman.
  19. QUOTE(AbeFroman @ Aug 9, 2006 -> 03:25 PM) I believe kids are stupid... but that is absurdly stupid... i think he is probably that absurdly stupid.
  20. QUOTE(Rex Kicka** @ Aug 9, 2006 -> 01:38 PM) At my school everyone had to get valentines when I was in second grade. If you gave em out, everyone had to get them. And that was like 1982. yea, same at my school. i think thats fairly standard.
  21. QUOTE(Texsox @ Aug 9, 2006 -> 01:43 PM) Every photo is a doctored version of the events depicted. In a 360 degree view, the photographer pick a narrow slice to shoot. To further doctor the photo, by adding elements, should be labeled as such. This would place it at the same level as a courtroom painting. We know that is doctored and accept that. well, thats different than adding someone to a picture for political reasons. however, in defense of the NYT, that photo could be real.
  22. QUOTE(Gene Honda Civic @ Aug 9, 2006 -> 01:28 PM) What's there to speculate? That photo needed some FLAVA! hmmm, something is different...
