Down to 198. I hardly worked out this week, but ate well so continued with a slight drop. Plan on picking it up big time before my trip to the DR on th 24th.

I'm so f***ing depressed right now man... 4 people dead. This just hits too close to home, I've been in Cole Hall countless times. I can't even fathom what those families/friends are going through.

The students are all on lockdown, so they might not post right away. This is craziness, it happened right in my old stomping grounds of the NIU Communications Dept (graduated a little over 2 years ago) and I stayed in Neptune for a year. I hope all of my teachers are alright. CNN reporting 18 injured. No deaths reported though rumor says the gunman took his life.

Foxsports reports that the Twins have signed Livan Hernandez. This really isn't that big a deal, except for the fact that they listed his age as 33. No chance in hell he's under 40!

This got me jazzed when I heard it on the radio today. Supposedly all Sox (and Cubs) games will be in HD this year, whether on WCIU, Comcast Sportsnet, WGN, CSN +. Supposedly the Chicago area is dedicated to delivering all baseball games in the highest quality. I about creamed when I heard this...
