QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Jul 2, 2013 -> 10:13 AM) I don't understand how people think it was open ended. That's people wanting to believe that Tony continued to win at life. The entire last season/last few episodes were devoted to "when you get whacked, everything goes silent." And that's exactly what happened. Well, with Meadow running up to the door, they also hinted that it could have just been her walking in - but yeah, there's no reason to have such a ridiculously abrupt ending without assuming the man was shot and lights out.

QUOTE (Joxer_Daly @ Jul 2, 2013 -> 08:56 AM) Yeah, it's just keeping the momentum going that's so important. And, trying to stay injury-free so as not to have to stop. Once you stop, it can be literally years before getting back into the swing of it. Thanks, man. Injury free is key. I dealt with "runner's knee" for a long time. A combination of a knee band and workouts to strengthen the area around my patella tendon have me back dominating.

QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Jul 2, 2013 -> 09:01 AM) Im not going to compare the two situations. The Krause/Jackson feud didnt start until the Bulls were already winning titles, and the feud was over how much money Jackson wanted vs how much the Bulls were willing to pay. This is about roster criticism. These arent comparable in my eyes. Oh, I agree. I'm going to start making Team Thibs t-shirts.

QUOTE (thxfrthmmrs @ Jul 2, 2013 -> 08:52 AM) Seems like we already forgot the VDN Pax scuffle didn't end so well. THAT'S BECAUSE IT WAS VINNY F*CKING DEL NEGRO.

QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jul 2, 2013 -> 07:54 AM) Other than the Challenge of course. One week until Rivals 2 begins! f*** to the yes

QUOTE (Joxer_Daly @ Jul 2, 2013 -> 08:50 AM) Been eating well and exercising recently and it's starting to show, thankfully. I tried on some jeans yesterday and I'm back down to a size that I haven't been for about six years. I was chuffed with myself - great motivation to keep up the work. Great job, man! Once you start you can't stop!

The only issue with Dunleavy is whether he stays on the court. I think it's a very good signing for the roster and a clear sign that Jimmy is our starting 2 for 13/14.

Are there any Harper type monsters coming out next year? :-D The thing about the stros and Marlins is that they actually have young talent that should get better as the season moves along. The White Sox, if you expect them to trade some of their only decent assets, could easily wind up losing 100 games. GO TEAM GO!

I've finished 11 episodes of House of Cards (a Netflix joint). It's freaking awesome. I really enjoyed the Ray Donovan premiere, hopefully it doesn't get too cheesy. I'm re-watching Veep seasons 1 and 2 because it's easily the best comedy on television. Please start watching people if you don't already.

QUOTE (ZoomSlowik @ Jul 1, 2013 -> 09:31 PM) Just catching up. I can handle a Butler/Deng starting duo with Dunleavy as the shooter off the bench. Agreed.

QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Jul 1, 2013 -> 05:25 PM) Easy...Thibbs stays. He is a total stud. Don't let the door hit you on the ass Gar. Of course - but they seem fine with going Gar's route by letting him can Thibs' bestie. We're completely f***ed. REGGIE WAS RIGHT.

QUOTE (Leonard Zelig @ Jul 1, 2013 -> 05:11 PM) You are at a salad bar and the only dressing choices are Ranch & French. You know nothing about ingredients or nutritional value of either. Which is the better choice? Assume you like both equally. Trick question. If I know nothing about nutritional value and like them both equally then my brain simply explodes.

QUOTE (Noonskadoodle @ Jul 1, 2013 -> 05:23 PM) @WojYahooNBA As @KCJHoop reports on Gar Forman's dismissal of Tom Thibodeau's top aide, relationship between Bulls' GM and coach easily worst in NBA. Gee - get rid of Gar or get rid of Thibs? This f***ing team infuriates me.

QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Jul 1, 2013 -> 05:20 PM) Nothing was worse than the final season of The Wire. Season 2 kinda sucked, too.

QUOTE (bmags @ Jul 1, 2013 -> 05:20 PM) I don't understand how Monta Ellis could be signed to Bulls. And I don't seeing amnestying/trading anyone. The bulls don't know how to trade, I am not sure they know that it exists. Why does this read like it was written by someone who is ESL?
-
QUOTE (bigruss22 @ Jul 1, 2013 -> 04:11 PM) Which I just don't get at all, there must be something behind the scenes because right now Thibs has shown that he can take the mediocre s*** that the front office throws at him and turn them into very respectable teams. Well, we know Thibs was griping about the roster. Instead of making a big move, they seem to just be thinking he can f*** himself.

Hell of a thread, guys. Hell of a thread.

QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jul 1, 2013 -> 03:34 PM) He's one of those guys I'd say "If Thibs asks for him, I'll trust him". If Thibs says that, I'd say he thinks he can work with his game. Otherwise you're right. The front office seems to be in a "f*** Thibs" mentality.

QUOTE (Iwritecode @ Jul 1, 2013 -> 02:38 PM) So I finally watched Silver Linings Playbook and I didn't really like it. Shut up.

Oh goodness. Monta. F*ck sentences. Without rock, worthless. Needs ball. Wants ball. Won't work. Is a bulk three point shooter. Bad percentage. Gets to rim. Only reason to look. Let Knicks have. No thx. Can't afford anyway.

QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Jul 1, 2013 -> 01:04 PM) +1. Boring, boring, boring, then excellent finale. so wrong

QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Jul 1, 2013 -> 12:45 PM) They have the trade exception so they could sign and trade. I think the exception is worth like 6 or 6.5M. They are too cheap to pay the major tax associated with it though since it really would be like 12M (if you gave him 6M). Yeah, but I think OJ Mayo signs for more than 6 million...

QUOTE (witesoxfan @ Jul 1, 2013 -> 11:42 AM) After the unofficial halfway point (most teams have played alteast 81 games), your best team: the Pittsburgh Pirates. At 21 games over .500, they would have to fall completely on their faces for a 3rd straight year to not finish above .500 for the first time in 20 years. The Pirates... find a way.

QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Jul 1, 2013 -> 12:18 PM) I wish they'd use their trade exception and try to get OJ Mayo This seems incredibly impossible.
