Hey guys, I need some advice, and this form is as good a place as any to ask for it.
So today at baseball, I hyper-extended my knee in the outfield. The ligaments are apparently fine, but how should I go about treating this? It hurts like hell and any advice relating to how to fix it would be much appreciated.
I'd do something crazy like Googling it.
