I remember ordering Hawk Vision with my dad so i could watch the playoff games we weren't at. Or going to Poplar Creek Bowl to watch home playoff games on satellite (and this is where i watched Hatcher tear apart Roenick's knee). I remember being at games 3 and 4 of the stanley cup finals and talking to people outside between periods - giving them score updates, and observing how disappointed they were that they weren't inside. Oh, to have that time back again in this city...

So i don't consider myself one to be affected by advertising very much...but the one thing that has had an affect on me is Miller sponsoring the Sox and Hawks. I used to be a Coors Light drinker, but i decided to give Miller a try, because i felt it was only fair since they were a huge sponsor of the Sox and Hawks...maybe i should support them. Now i only drink Miller as my "cheap" beer as opposed to Coors or Bud, etc. Plus, i actually think it tastes better than Coors Light, which i used to think was delicious.
