Our bullpen is so damn deep too. It's one thing if the pen is a piece of s*** and you'd rather keep your starter out there even with a high pitch count. But he literally defies all logic by leaving him in there with a high pitch count when he's not looking very sharp.

The problem is that running on the turf par in full spikes is tough i imagine. Don't blame the spikes...this is just ridiculous. You can see how it just looks like slick mud out there. It's brutal.

Contreras and Duque are going to give us headaches all year, get used to it i guess. It's just how they operate. Not very pleasant to watch. Meanwhile...this field is a joke. For only having to worry about the 4 bases and the mound (cuz the rest is just turf), this is foul. As i type this, Uribe slips getting out of the box. It's like ice. This is a f***ing joke.

No one really expected Scheyer to come here anyway...so i'm not considering it a loss. 2006 class should be good.

Yeah Dee's comments have me worried right now. He talked about how Duhon was a 2nd round pick and he's playing making 400K. Talked about 'enjoying his last days of school' I don't know where to go with this, but it doesn't sound like 99% coming back any more. Of course, this could just be his ego getting in his own way, i don't know. Stay tuned.
