Oh, look who's talking
-
I'm sure you do

I also heard that in the training mode, you can like sort of gamble your points in those contests. After you do the first contest or whatever, you can do the next one on a harder difficulty and possibly double your points, or you can fail and lose all your points, and you can then do it again too. Sounds like it will be a blast. Question....what's the big difference from NCAA04? Because I know that in NCAA04, defense is easy. Mainly the defense is way harder in NFL. Thats because the gamestyle in college football is not typically a defensive style but more an offensive style. I'd say NCAA is more wide open while Madden is more run the ball, pass...mix things up. Either way both are good games and are different. You pretty much described Pac 10 football right there

The Lion, the Scarecrow or the Tin Man?

One helluva question and a good angle man After this most recent series i'd wanna say tin man, but i think overall we could use the scarecrow more. -
And so ends the Bobby Hill era in Chicago. What happened to their future all star infielder? It completes the Lofton/Ramirez deal is what i heard.

We have 3 right so far? Snow, Everett, Murray?

I'll be at every Illini home game, and some of the road ones (most likely IU, purdue, iowa if at all possible, depends how my hockey schedule shapes up)

Maybe his first post will be on his own birthday thread... maybe it will not

Ummm yes!!! Um, 100 bucks says you don't beat us I can't be putting that much on this game... But how does $10 sound? In addition, if we kill you, I'll post about it, and you have to post about it if we win. 10 bucks it is If you win i'll write close to a book on that game

You're certainly lucky...Us here in Bloomington/Normal were, for example, forced to watch Bruins/Penguins instead of Blackhawks/Blows when we're right between Chicago and St. Loser. Damn, I'm jealous! Yup, i remember that last year, that was hilarious

I think he'd make a good GM, too

Doubling the price isn't fair! Anyways, thanks...Those are pretty steep prices. This year, we only have to pay $3 for each of our 7 home games. Do you have to pay for parking. And, if so, where's the best place to park, and how much would that be? I wouldn't pay 3 bucks for ISU football Park anywhere, park at assembly hall probly or just park on a side street somewhere in champaign or urbana and walk there like a ton of people do Parking is probly 10 or 15 How long does it take to get there from here? About 2:15, 2:30 from Barrington
-
Not anymore. But i think he qualifies, according to Steff
-
And just for fun, Chip and DJ

He's not showing these on TV, the NHL is. Wirtz has no choice Being in Champaign allowed me to get like 5-6 more espn2 games that are blacked out in the Chicago area

Every game you watch with Steve Stone doing color you'll learn something about the game of baseball
-
Offensively he's a huge plus Defensively, he sucks, no range, jogs to balls, and never throws to the right base. Just close your eyes when they hit it to center and hope for the best
-
Damn that jon garland, he can't win when the offense only provides him with 2 hits while he's still in the game. One of the runs was unearned and Wunsch let his other guy score. If the offense showed up at all, no one would be b****ing about Garland's start. Just another reason wins and losses mean next to nothing for a starting pitcher.

Haha the yo's are the best. He'll just ramble on and then suddenly.....yo! "the receiver's fast, but he's not that fast" "i haven't seen moves like that since my high school prom"....(herbstreit now) "easy lee you don't wanna scare away any of our viewers"
