I agree - we have a month and half to paly and a lot of baseball - I always hope our players aren't quitters like the fans after a lot more than 20 years of being a fan, I have seen many things - actually I am reminded of the 1967 season right now - we are in this to the end This man suffers from denial.

I want to thank everyone at soxnet. This is a wonderful website. The admins and mods are just great. The members here are great too. I have a lot of fun, and feel free to express my opinion. There may be disagreements, but thats part of the fun. Anyway, this website has provided me many hours of fun, and i know its due to the hard work of each and every one of you, along with the members. I just want to offer my sincere thanks!!

Well hey, i saw a few minor things, but nothing horrible. That guy wanting to leave the website, is just sensitive, and well a baby. I do think name calling tends to get out of hand. Its really not needed. If you cant debate without calling someone names, you are losing. So give up. IF you let something "offend" you on a website to the point of losing control of your emotions, the problem is not what that person said, its you. So I guess what i am saying is, it goes both ways.

Did you ever take a look at his stats? 20 GIDP and he is slow as hell. rafa, my friend, no one with Mags in his avatar should ever talk about any playing grounding into double plays - Mags is the season in season out king of that - and for everyone else, I am among those who think AR should play every day and I am not sure why we got Everett I think i agree with that.

Well i am not one to panic, or come out with doom or gloom, but those people arent wrong. This is a dumb baseball team. A team that lacks killer instinct, and a team with a below average manager. You can pass it off as ahhh its only one game or one mistake all you want......but if it continues, and it will, smart baseball fans realize the result will be either not making the playoffs at all, or getting bounced in the 1st round once again. Their frustration is valid.

I agree - I mean, it's all just semantics, but "getting rocked" does bring up ( at least in MY mind ) an image of guys just pounding a pitcher - doubles, homers, like that. Cotts "couldn't hit water if he fell out of a boat" the other night. Rocked is shorter, easier. You could say "wild" You want me to be "creative" while drunk or hungover? s*** i cant be creative when i am sober....... I would say rocked is being more creative than using wild, saying something like erratic, while drunk, would probly score some points though. I shalll become more creative while drunk. Got it!
