IMHO, its the best sports program on the radio. They're moving to afternoons the week after next, so you won't have to deal with them anymore. If you don't like their schtick, then fine. But more often than not they make very valid points that a lot of others don't (or even won't) make. And, to point... if you look at Scottie's stats, he's not as important as most Sox fans make him out to be...

Take a look at the Sox and Cleveland schedules from here until 9/15/05. We have 17 games against sub-500 teams, and 3 against over-500 teams. Cleveland has 6 games against losing reams, and 12 against winning teams. If we can add 3-5 games to our lead, we're in line to clinch against Cleveland during our next home series with them...

This is disgusting. 1st base ump CANNOT call the play until its passed 1st base. If the ump even makes a move to call it before its passed first base its either illegal or he's actually got the call in his head before it happens. I am not even sure on the rules, but I have to believe there is a major problem with making a call out of turn. You just can't do it. Not only was it a bad call, the guy should not have even made a call. THAT is disgusting...

Please.... KW is not going to be and should not be fired. No way. That's silly. That doesn't mean he doesn't take most of the blame if there is a complete collapse or a 1st playoff series loss. He does. The proof is in the pudding. We've been a 2nd place team or a 1st place team than cannot do anything in the playoffs for DECADES. If he doesn't improve that, then we're no better and no worse with him (i.e. we're not going to have a losing season, we're not going to be in 3rd place). So he is either "Exec Of The Year" or "Par For The Course". The latter does not deserve firing this year...
