I dont understand the flipping of Thome and Kong in the linep. Theyve produced so much better as a whole flip flopped. -

QUOTE(RibbieRubarb @ Apr 9, 2007 -> 11:41 AM) I don't think so. First, outside the heat of the moment, Tony is more like his mom. He will use psychological warfare on Bobby...hence his first kill. On the subject of Bobby getting pinched because of the gun. He won't.They are taught to drop the gun because they are usually stolen and untraceable. If you recall the gun Tony dropped in the snow is only connected to him via eyewitness...not its registration. BTW...who doesn't play "free parking" rules!?! I know they normally drop the guns but normally theyre wearing gloves or something I thought. The whole thing just seemed careless. Ya, I see your point about the physiological part about his first kill.

I wouldnt be happy with 1/3. I think we really need at least 2 from this series. Id like to get a few games over 500 very soon so we dont fall too far behind in our division too early.

QUOTE(Controlled Chaos @ Apr 9, 2007 -> 03:43 PM) I can get you a free DVD CLoner IV. I haven't used it, but going by what Rock says it could be worth it for you. Let me know if ya want it. Ya, that would be great. I was gonna buy that one. How can you get it for free?

QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Apr 9, 2007 -> 01:53 PM) "If you'll look to the right, you'll see the ball that Albert Pujols hit off of Brad Lidge last night" - The pilot of the plane taking the Astros back to St. Louis after that game. Anyway...about 1/2 way through the season last year I was thinking the best thing for both the 'Stros and Lidge would have been for the Stros to deal him while they could still demand a king's ransom because the guy was still a "closer". His value has just kept dropping the more he's been battered though. I think that the only thing that might fix him might be a switch to a new team/pitching coach, but Houston isn't just going to want to dump him for nothing. I can see Lidge completely fizzling out of baseball over the next season or two.

Its no shocker but Ive heard experts picking 4 different teams winning our division and some picking the wild card to be one of the other 3 if not Boston or New York.

QUOTE(bmags @ Apr 9, 2007 -> 01:41 PM) i get heat for this, but i love michelob golden light for cheap beer. We don't have it in columbia so I drink natty light, tis the cheapest. Natty Lite was my college beer for sure. I even named my dog that I got in Carbondale Natty. I have trouble finding Natty lite around where I live now. Natty Ice is staring to pop up at places though.

QUOTE(Whitewashed in @ Apr 9, 2007 -> 01:58 PM) There are no drivers for anything and some important software doesn't work from xp to Vista. That is a huge downfall right now. Besides that, businesses don't want to upgrade because it would be a big expense with hardware upgrades. My personal opinion is it's borderline crap and okay. I don't like the fact that pretty much everything has been re-organized so stuff is not where it used to be, but I will get used to it. The security is a joke and the networking sucks no matter which version you have. The GUI is more like Mac OS. You can add me to the list of people who have a damn hard time connecting to wireless internet. Connecting to the network is different from xp so you just have to make sure you give rights to everyone and turn off password protected sharing if you want to share something easily. Oh and transfer rates from Vista to xp and down is slowed down, but Vista to Mac or vice versa is instant! Just like xp, wait until service pack 2 until everything is working how it's supposed to be. ya Im having some wifi issues as well. I have three laptops at my house that are all on the same wifi and it seems that Im always having to refresh pages when that connectivity issue page pops up.

QUOTE(aboz56 @ Apr 9, 2007 -> 11:55 AM) DVD Shrink or DVD Decrypter Do a google search for either. Im using DVD shrink now. Does DVD decryptor work better?

I finally decided it was time to get some use out of my DVD burner and was trying out some different programs that could work around the copy protection. I started out with some cheap program they had at Best Buy and it only worked on certain older DVDs. Then I downloaded a program called Easy DVD Shrink and that was working pretty good except it had some problems with brand new dvds. Does anyone know any programs that dont have any problem burning any kind of DVDs? Im sure there has to be some kind of program that doesnt have any issues?

I have it on both of my computers and at first I liked it and the longer Ive had it the more annoying its getting. I got a new cpu the day Vista was released, which was by coincidence, and have had to download new drivers for almost everything. Im also having problems putting music on my MP3 players. I do think once all of the bugs are worked out it will be a great OS but until then it can get frustrating.

I for one thought Bobby was gonna get killed for sure after that fight. Hearing Tony's rendition of Under the boardwalk was one of the funniest things that show has come up with. Im not sure what yet but you know something is gonna come of Bobby being careless and just dropping the gun after he killed that guy.

QUOTE(Jenksismyb**** @ Apr 9, 2007 -> 10:11 AM) I thought it was another solid episode. My one complaint (about the entire series): too short! Why can't they be an hour long? I know. Ive always hoped they would make the show an hour or at least a solid 1/2 hour. They normally run for about 23 minutes. Im assuming Ari can deliver the movie because he would be smart enough to know that if he put it out there and Vince wanted to do it and he was lying or wrong that not only would Vince not let him represent him again he might not even want to be friends. Id venture to guess that the rest of this season Ari is dangled in front of us as possibly returning as Vinces manager and IMO I think he will right at the end of the season. The show needs his character and theyll run out of ways to include him otherwise.

That would be a big lift for us.
