  1. QUOTE (bucket-of-suck @ Sep 25, 2012 -> 01:10 PM) Omo-freaking-grosso?! The guys is a mediocre career minor leaguer. Omo-freaking-grosso is doin' pretty good wouldn't you say?
  2. QUOTE (pittshoganerkoff @ Sep 25, 2012 -> 05:27 AM) People suck. Especially people overseas. I used to sell records on eBay and had a fun time doing it. I made good money and had great feedback. But people overseas were always b****ing about postal rates. I shipped everything priority and added nothing to the charges. What I charged is what the post office charged. I told the complainers to complain to the US Post Office.
  3. QUOTE (Cerbaho-WG @ Sep 24, 2012 -> 08:55 PM) Choo has a BA over .300 against Thornton. Absolutely the right move by Ventura. Haha. Ventura never makes right moves. Where you been?
  4. QUOTE (buhbuhburrrrlz @ Sep 24, 2012 -> 08:48 PM) AND THIS BALLGAME IS BOBBLED AND OVAAAAAAAAAAAAAA YES LOLOL That was funny. All's well that ends well. Jeezus!
  5. QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ Sep 24, 2012 -> 08:37 PM) Matt Thornton.....NOOOOOOOOOOOOO Matt says "Hi!".
  6. QUOTE (JoshPR @ Sep 24, 2012 -> 07:15 PM) Can someone please put Dunn out of his misery Can Kenny please put us out of ours by miraculously getting rid of Dunn?
  7. The "dreaded leadoff walk". Suppose the Sox can do something with it?
  8. Even our best base-stealers are bad base-stealers. Ugh.
  9. QUOTE (Andy the Clown @ Sep 24, 2012 -> 06:46 PM) Game. LOL. Yeah, I don't know if the Sox can come back in this one.
  10. Why I am optimistic on September 24? Because the Tigers lost a double-header yesterday. Just imagine the gloom amongst Sox fans had the Tigers won both games. I'm not crazy about the Sox backing into the playoffs but on the other hand.....
  11. QUOTE (iamshack @ Sep 22, 2012 -> 01:25 PM) All I know is every day is a struggle for me...I can hardly watch the games...in fact, I've been going out and following along on my phone just to avoid having to watch them many nights. Likewise. This team has far exceeded my expectations at least as far as the standings go. Robin Ventura, I believe has done an outstanding job with what he has to work with and I know he gets a lot of crap at least in the game threads from all the armchair managers. I'm happy as hell (and shocked) with the fact that they've been in 1st place as long as they have. But, holy hell they can be frustrating to watch. I just prefer to save myself the anguish. I figure if and when they win, I can just watch the highlights. This, until they begin to play well again a little more consistently.
