Honestly the "after 3" rule is bulls***. They tell you that.. but if you write a check on the funds - as long as you don't try to cash it at that bank - they will honor it. Likewise if you have been a customer with the bank for any length of time they cut you some slack. I don't quite understand your question about the car payment check. You wrote them 2, they cashed both, then made you wait for your money back..? If that's the case, then you should have b****ed up a storm and they should have given you your $$ back immediately (If they are the lien holder anyway).

For the record, it was totally HSC that broke the Koch news. I had not joined this board yet (did it even exist then..? ). And to be technical.. she broke the KW news, as well.

Steff, I am sorry your in this mess, I hope your email came from a reliable source, but this all seems like speculation. Lots of talk and no action. It would appear the Sox would not fire him now, that would look even worse. This organization needs help. Thanks quickman. They are very reliable. In the past they have told me of many things that have been on the money. As for being in this "mess", just rolling it off my shoulders. It takes all kinds to make this joyous world go round.

For what it's worth I was told that he is departing. I was also told that the incident with his sons did not happen this weekend, just got leaked out this weekend. "Here's the reason for him to resign?" was the topic of the email and my reply was "I am so done with this bulls***. Either he is or he isn't. But to be honest I don't give a s***".

Well clujer.. If I'm wrong I have no one to blame but myself you're right. I guess depending on people within the orginization who have given me correct information in the past is my issue. And for the record this is the FIRST time I've ever given information on the internet about what I've been told. As for being a poser (whatever that is) and a liar.. so be it. "A little much..." Who the heck keeps things together if you toss all 3? My logic on the issue is you get rid of the ones LEAST likely to rock the entire foundation. The one who "should" have the least contact with the players (KW) and the one most responsible for the lack of offense (which is debatable between JM and Ward). But given a choice I keep the manager. He's the one with the most contact with the players. You bring in 3 new guys and we're liable to be doing worse.. if that's possible. JMO, though.

Well.. I got 3 emails and a phone call just this morning about this s***. I told them not to send me anything else unless it's concrete confirmation that KW has been relieved of his duties. I've got better s*** to be doing with my time.

He was supposed to be not comming back from NC. This was before the "incident" with his sons (that I was also told did not just happen this weekend) It was my understanding that his resignation would be for "family issues". 13 emails from 3 different people claim the same thing. I'm hearing it was bought by alumni. There were many 22 - 25 year olds there. Watching their younger brothers and sisters no doubt. They must be so proud. By the way, I've been to this forrest preserve for BBQ's in years past and where they were was at the end of the winding entrance road. From what I remember it's about 500 yards from the entrance. And hidden enough by trees and other cars that had there been no incident no one would have found them or the beer.
