And I do happen to agree that Bush broke the law. But, I am not sure a censure is warranted. That is a pretty harsh penalty. What is needed is review in a courtroom, in the judicial branch (not some B.S. Congressional thing), of the legality of a specific act. I just don't know if that will happen.
