For example, a doctor or other medical professional can be negligent to the extent that criminal prosecution occurs. It happens. But I agree with your overall points.

Ordered a Droid HTC Incredible about a week ago, supposed to ship on 6/22. I'm psyched, the reviews look great. Currently have a Blackberry Curve on Verizon. Verizon has been good, other than the complete B.S. they pull with the GPS chip (which won't be an . But I grew tired of the BB RIM OS, plus its 3 years old and the phone is beat to s***.
