When Neal has gotten work he has been solid. Nothing great or special, but solid. I haven't looked at it, but it sure seems to me like at least most of his wild outings have come after long layoffs.

Frank self-admittedly tweeked his hip flexor because "he got excited and ran too fast" Think about that for a second. Frank ran too fast. Look out Paul Konerko. Yeah I don't think there is any doubt that if he pulled something from running too fast, he came back too soon.

You have to make sure that you have a play 100% if you are going to dive, otherwise you hurt the team more than if you play it on a hop. If you want an example, ask Corey Patterson.
