thanks. Well the way it works is there are 10 or 11 actuarial exams, with each exam you pass your "rank" rises and subsequently, your position in a company/firm and your salary. The first test is mostly Calc I and II so i'll probably take that one this summer, but being only a junior, i wont take another for a few years. It takes time, 10+ years is not out of the question. In his defense, what did those guys do after they left? I hate to say it but as talent evaluaters, and injury prognosticators, they have been right most of the time, espesially when it comes to pitching.
