I'm not missing the forest for the trees. The last two seasons are exactly why we suffered through years of a rebuild. If you are too busy worrying, you are missing out on the journey.

Hahn got the chance to do the rebuild he had been trying to convince the organization to do for years, is about to make the playoffs for back to back years, with a young and locked up core, and no competition close... but all you care about is Tatis. I didn't think it was possible for this team to get baseball dumber from last year, but here we are.

I don't think people appreciate how hard it is to fill something like 500 hours worth of time during a baseball season. Though seeing the stuff that fills game threads, it is ironic to see some of the same people complaining about announcers.

It will be interesting to see if Tony does flip Liam and Kimbrel, just to see if he can get Kimbrel to settle in. It will tell us if this is something where his comfort and mentality haven't been able to adjust to setting up for the first time in forever, or if he is having an actual pitching problem.

Hitting over .400 with a slugging percentage still in the .400's. That is an almost impossible amount of singles hitting.

Krogman has some ceiling, and A LOT of guys dropped off of the list, both through graduations and through trades. I am going to guess we lost about 10 guys off of last years list through one way or the other. The big thing for Chase is he is going to have to stay healthy, or it won't really matter.
