What is status of Luis Robert?
I had the vid in Dec and my head didn't feel quite right for a few months, never anything vision related, but I also wasn't trying to hit MLB pitching.

Well this is incredibly disappointing

Yoan Moncada, Chicago Public Enemy #1
An italian sausage is literally a bratwurst with roughly 2 additional spices.

Yoan Moncada, Chicago Public Enemy #1
When I hit age 12 or 13 my old man actually pulled me aside and said something to the effect of "you're too old to put ketchup on Hot Dogs." Tried mustard only and remember thinking "oh damn, he's right this is better."

Yoan Moncada, Chicago Public Enemy #1
Bourdain had this exact opinion on one of his Chicago visits on "The Layover."

My go to at the stadium is actually the italian done up with grilled onions and mustard, I feel like they're less popular and stay on the griddle a little longer and get more char, Love the polish as well.

If the Sox trade for Juan Soto we have a chance.
ahh that's right, my bad

If the Sox trade for Juan Soto we have a chance.
And a 1st round pick when he declines the QO. (unless he was already offered a QO and I'm mistaken)

If the Sox trade for Juan Soto we have a chance.
Does seem highly unlikely, but so did dealing Soto until a week ago.

They have the farm to pull it off, thinking potentially something like this. I'd imagine they aren't keen on dealing Volpe, however.

With the Judge situation I'm very curious if they will try to acquire Soto now and get a bigger return than a comp pick for Judge, potentially in a 3 team deal. Boras could still make him test FA, but they'd be able to negotiate and offer him the world before he does. Just not sure the Yanks are crazy enough to pull that off while they're firing on all cylinders this year, but it just feels like they're holding out for Soto to spend the next 15 years peppering that short porch.

Shane Riordan sucks and knows nothing
I would likely put up with daily beatings if I got to be the GM of an MLB team, gotta be a tough one to walk away from for spite.

Sox/Indians (Guardians) GM2
Agreed, I'm not shocked at the sheer ineptitude, but it does seem like there's way more dysfunction and power struggle drama in the FO than I ever could have imagined.

7/11- White Sox at Guardians, 6:10
There's a term other than "models" that is more accurate.

7/11- White Sox at Guardians, 6:10
Not sure why anybody expected him to do so after a long career of not doing so. The part that angers me the most was waiting for the surgery.

Nightengale: Sox have clubhouse issues
Sheer speculation based on body language, but Pollock strikes me as the new guy looking for a lunch table to sit at and not having any welcoming offers. If there is a divided clubhouse, at this point in his career with a new kid, I'm sure he just wants to stay out of it and keep to himself.

7/10- Tigers at White Sox, 1:10
Between trotting Kopech back out after a rain delay in his final start before TJS and now just waiting for his ACL to explode, at best the handling leaves something to be desired, at worst it’s criminal.
