  1. No. They considered it and decided against it. You need a passport though to reenter the US.

  4. See? Everyone has a purpose. Howard Dean raises money. Tom DeLay launders money. Squeegee Guy on the Dan Ryan off ramp cleans your windshield. Circle of life man, circle of life.
  5. So I watch/hear the game and the White Sox second big victory... and I'm on my way home to listen for something about baseball... especially with the Yankees playing on their sister station at the moment. The host talks about Hockey. For tonight anyway the order of importance for sports radio... MLB Playoffs > NFL > College Football > Nachos > NHL Opening Night > WNBA. But the guy talks about hockey. There is no justice for White Sox fans - or even baseball fans - in New York tonight.
  6. She pulled a Cheney. She was in charge of finding him a nominee. She interviewed a bunch of people and then said. Me!

    Unplugged

Didn't LL Cool J do an Unplugged version of "Mama Said Knock You Out?"
  8. The Extraordinary Machine album was leaked because of a battle between Fiona and Sony. She claims she never did it in an interview she did with Kanye West for Interview! magazine - but that's BS. Both her and Kanye leaked s*** out because they knew how good it was and the only way the label would know is if a bunch of critics told them too. It's been released now, but its different. One new song and everything else has been redone, right?

    Unplugged

Nirvana's version of "The Man Who Sold The World" kicked ass. That's on their Unplugged release. Also I think another great acoustic based song is "America" by Simon and Garfunkel.
  10. Hammer Nailed. (Your NY Post headline of the future)

  12. Kap, The indictments came from separate grand juries. They may have been looking at completely different things.
  13. Give him a 2/2 plan. 2 years in baseball as a player, 2 years as a coach or in the front office.
  14. People who ash out the window oughta be ticketed. Use your damn ashtray. If there's one thing I can't stand its people who smoke but can't stand the smell of their own smoke. How stupid is that?

  22. Three different counts from two different grand juries does make it seem like there's a stench of something there, that's for sure.
  23. QUOTE(SoxFan101 @ Oct 2, 2005 -> 11:27 PM) You consider McDonalds, Wendys, and Burger King restaurants? They are fast food place and if someone had a problem with smoking there they could just use a drive thru..... They are establishments where over 50% of the revenue is derived from the service of food. They are restaurants. You just may not like them.
