I'm a huge Mark Buehrle fan, so I might be a little biased. But unless we can get something really good for him, I think they should do everything they can to resign him. Whether or not he'd want to come back after being actively shopped around, I'd guess probably not.

Ugh, all I can say, is how do you not bring in Jenks? Unless he's hurt and they aren't telling anyone. He's been our best pitcher out of the pen, and should have been in there. I'm not going to jump on the "Fire Ozzie" bandwagon, but that was a piss-poor decision in my opinion.

I grew up in Upstate NY, and lived there until just this year. I was about a 3-4 hour drive from both Boston and NYC. I personally love Boston, and Fenway. The fans are great, the city is great. My boss bought a bunch of people at work Monster seats the first year they were open, against the Yankees. One of the best games I've ever been to in my life.

Thome should get in when all is said and done. I love Paulie, but no way should he be in. Buehrle, maybe, if he can keep playing pretty well, for at least 10 more years. I don't really see him as a HOF caliber player though. Other than that, no one really.

this team is falling apart. KW needs to bring in an outfielder, and a quality one. If they want to contend for a playoff spot this year (at the very least), then they're going to have to make a trade. And VERY soon. We have a lot of guys that are great coming off the bench on this team. Unfortunately, they're all starting.
