White Sox vs. Yankees, 6/5/07 (L)

Recommended Posts

Tyler Clippard (2-1, 4.20 ERA) vs. Mark Buehrle (2-2, 3.66 ERA)

Neither pitcher has faced the opposing team this year.

Hopefully lucky number 7 is lucky for Mark as he goes for carrer win number 100 again tonight. Let's hope the offense continues to show some life, and the bullpen, well, doesn't need to be used tonight. :P

And as bad as this season as looked so far, keep in mind we are only 3 out for the wild card in the loss column, 4.5 overall.

I get to watch Gavin Floyd start tonight in Louisville (assuming the weather here clears up), hopefully he doesn't suck (asking for a lot)...if he does (likely), I might get to see Mac, Sisco, or AAAAAArdsma....wooo!!!

Hopefully I will get to catch the rest of the Sox game when we get to the bar later...

Until then, just f***ing win....and get MB #100....

This is definitely going to be it... Mark's 100th win!

I'm leaving work early to watch it. Gots to get all of the MB that I can before he bolts as a FA next year.

Dye's bat speed looks terrible. He's late on mediocre fastballs right down the plate. Out of all the guys we say this about, he's the one who looks like he's lost a step.

Don't worry...he'll heat up...

I don't know what KW was thinking bringing him back. Did he expect more 2006?

KW would have had to get a king's ransom to give up Dye last offseason. For his great contract, it was worth it to bring him back. Let's just be thankful we didn't give him a big extension.
