I'm honestly more concerned with Fangio going conservative rather than Nagy. He frustrates me with this. Guy calls off the dogs too early, IMO. I blame his conservatism for the losses @ GB and @ Miami.

Disclaimer: I really don't think this is an overly negative post I'm really interested to see how Nagy and Fangio call the playoff game because they both have a tendency to get really conservative with a lead. You can't do that in the playoffs. Hopefully Nagy learned that last year.

I knew Rocky Wirtz wouldn't screw the Reinsdorfs and partner with the Cubs. They co-own the UC so I would've seriously doubted the Hawks would partner with the Cubs. It will be interesting to see what the Cubs do for programming during the winter. I guess they can show Wolves games but that is about it. It would also be fun to have a few Hogs games on NBCSN Chicago's extra channel, especially with the Hawks going into a mini rebuild.

Sucks Frank isn't going to be there this year. That greatly lessens my chances of going. I've wanted to go forever, but if Frank isn't there I'll pass.

I'd have to go with: Navarro Canseco Vazquez LaRoche Linebrink HM: Dunn, A. Gonzalez and Engel. Belle was an asshole but he was good at baseball while in a Sox uniform. It made him semi tolerable Right now I cant stand Engel because he won't disappear and he seems to have an infinite amount of lives. That dude is bad at baseball. (Might be an understatement) I have an incredible amount of ire for Javy Vazquez because I'd watch him pitch and dream of him playing for the Sox when he was an Expo and found that he's only good when the team he's playing for sucks.

I didn't mean it in that way. I meant that next season is a huge unknown with regard to health. It was more of a "you never know, so go win it now" thing. so I hope to god they can go into LA and NO and beat both of those teams. I have confidence they'll win the WC round. Bears are the only team left that hasn't won a championship in my lifetime, I'd love nothing more to have seen them all do so.

They really stepped it up vs NE even though they lost and aside from the Giants game they have been awesome since. It was hard to see them as a playoff team when they were 3-3.
