1. Tigers 2. Indians 3. Sox 4. Minn 5. KC we could slip into 2 if we have a productive 5th starter and MB goes back to the 05 version of himself

that list is such a joke and the QB at VT is horrible. They MIGHT win the ACC next year b/c it's so wide open but they are nowhere near a top 10 team -

QUOTE(Buehrle>Wood @ Dec 17, 2006 -> 03:39 PM) Can someone please provide a legit argument on why not? There is no definite number one, probably the best way to do it group into a collection of 5 or 6 teams. The 05 team definitly belong there. how about the 98 Yankees? they won 15 more regular season games and went 11-2 in the playoffs. thats the best team in recent memory Lets not let our love for the Sox get in the way of what teams are probably the best of all time.

lol@ the 2005 team being the best of all time.

QUOTE(Rex Hudler @ Dec 1, 2006 -> 08:09 PM) The latest is that Alabama is nearing a deal with Rich Rodriguez. Those reports are originating out of West Virginia and Pat Forde of ESPN, not Alabama. Forde says Bama will make a formal offer after WVU's game Saturday. Greg Hunter, who works for the flagship station for Mountineer sports details potential contract dollars. He said on the radio here tonight, that insiders have been telling him for a week that if Alabama offers, Rodriguez will accept. West Virginia Metro News Personally, I think this would be a better hire than Spurrier. it would be a better hire b/c RR is younger and you know he will be there for the long haul -

QUOTE(Rex Hudler @ Nov 24, 2006 -> 07:49 PM) Step one of my master plan to get Michigan is complete. Now, all that has to happen is Notre Dame needs to find a way to beat USC tomorrow night and Arkansas to bounce back next week against Florida. It's not too far-fetched. even if Florida wins against Arkansas, I dont think that will be enough to get them to number 2 -
he was a good OC here. I wouldnt be surprised to see him at UNC.

QUOTE(danman31 @ Nov 24, 2006 -> 03:52 PM) A&M beats Texas and no one says anything about it? 12-7 to the Aggies. Texas is back to their old selves, not quite a national title contender year to year. well they did have a RS-Fr. as a QB. I blame Brown for having McCoy out there. McCoy couldnt throw a pass down field to save his life. Should have let Snead play the game and they probably would have won -
he should hit 45 HR's a year there. but $16 is waaaaay high for him.

QUOTE(Rex Hudler @ Nov 12, 2006 -> 08:11 PM) And don't be surprised to see LSU beat Arkansas first. doesnt matter if they did. Arkansas has a 2 game lead with 2 to play. Arkansas isnt going to lose to Miss St. so they are going to Atlanta regardless. -

QUOTE(WhiteSoxfan1986 @ Nov 10, 2006 -> 01:58 PM) Hey, Shiano (sp?) has done a great job up there, saying that Rutgers was a complet laughingstock until last year. If Miami comes to their senses and gets rid of Coker, he might be my first choice. I would love to have Schiano but I think with last night's win, he just priced himself out of Miami job -

I am not going to defend the Miami players for fighting. They should have never been running onto the field like that to start with, they know better than that.. but... I just love how its Miami's fault. There are two teams on that field, and if anyone saw any of the game then they would know that FIU was instigating the whole thing from the opening kick off. Just about every play there was a FIU player trying to start something. From piling up after plays, to pushing and shoving, getting slapped in the back of the head and elbows being thrown on a safety after he makes an INT and gets tackled. I also find it funny that no one on tv is talking about the FIU player swinging his crutches around at Miami players, just Reddick using his helmet as a weapon. and one of the commentators was Lamar Thomas. he played in the thug years and he is part of Miami that Butch Davis and Coker are trying to get away from.
