one game? Check out the second half of last season.
I dont care that its one game but you need someone who is a lot more consistant when he is suppose to be the number 1. He will be going up against other number 1's every outing.
another reason why you dont name an opening day starter before pitchers/catchers report.

Garland a staff ace? Don't make me laugh.
He's a very solid #2 or #3, but not a #1.
yet you think Jose is a better option?

What was so wrong about putting Count as the #1?
maybe he doesnt warrant being the number 1.
Garland after last season should have been number 1.
I thought Opening Day was next Monday?
actually I am trying to figure out where I can park and use a hotel's wireless so I can watch the game on the laptop while "working".
GO SOX
I dont think there is one and that includes Thome.
In this era of steroids, voters will see 500 and not be in as much awe. If Thome can get over 600 then I would say he is a HOF.

Am I the only one who thinks Rhodes got jobbed on the mvp?
Very sad day -- the Bears could have won this one.
the Bears should be thankful they didnt lose by 20 plus
I use to go to a lot of spring training games when they were in sarasota.
but I have only been to a Sox game in Chicago 2 times. Back on Aug 21 and 22 against the A's in 1990. It was special b/c the 22 was my ninth birthday and at the time my uncle was a relief pitcher on the A's. So he was able to get like 10 tickets for me and my family for both of those games and he got us a few rooms in the same hotel the A's were staying in.
