2 hits, complete game, no walks, and stands to lose. Time for another KW motivational statement? Oh thats been done. Ozzie taking blame? Oh, thats been done. What now? Oh yeah, its the "Its still early , remember the Astros in 2005" remark

Its not Darin's fault this group underachieved-he pulled his weight. And does not deserve the classless remarks made by sub-fans of baseball

QUOTE(Flash Tizzle @ May 31, 2007 -> 07:13 PM) ERSTAD DOWN! ERSTAD DOWN!!! I know there are some people smiling right now, admit it. If they are I feel bad for them. He's not spectacular, but he's been consistant, he hustles, and plays his position maybe a bit above average. He at least gave us a bit more than we expected-unlike much of the roster

QUOTE(Chisoxfn @ May 30, 2007 -> 03:29 PM) This was a bad loss. This was maybe the worst series I can remember us having across the board-starting pitching, bullpen, defense, hitting. A Collapse

Disaster
The obvious low point of a lackluster 2 months. It is getting away from them and I dont see a spark that would enable a recovery from this. Those hard throwing guys were available for a reason. I'd rather watch a scrappy hungary learning team than this. We were a third place team last year and while others improved, we counted on career years again. Aint happening.

Replacements for Ozuna and Sisco...
Who's gonna be the right handed platoon in left now against left handers. Terrero? We are an outfield player down right now.

Sox Sign Craig Wilson to minor league deal
I like it-veteran depth. Isnt he an option at infield and first base too?

Rainout Frustration
QUOTE(kyyle23 @ May 26, 2007 -> 08:25 PM) The ground is pretty saturated right now and the storm call hasnt moved on. It may have stopped raining, but that doesnt mean its over Saturated? They had only 3/10 of an inch of rain at Midway over 2 days.

Crede Update
If he's out a couple days put Mack at third and Tererro in LF. If DL-bring up Fields

Amazing Pods stats, Owens only answer?
Sweeney appears to be a natural hitter-he needs to see ML pitching and he will improve over a season then be ready the next year. LOts of us said the same about Anderson, but Sweeney does not seem to have the "attitude" Anderson did.

Ozzie
QUOTE(Kalapse @ May 18, 2007 -> 12:37 PM) What ever happened to ignoring the annoying assclowns in the media? Exactly AJ will be in this game at some point

DEI Caught Cheating
It wouldnt have been as bad if they messed with the regular car and not the COT that the sanctioning body designed to make it easier to detect irregularities. THEY GOT CAUGHT,

White Sox vs. Yankees, 5/17/07 (W)
Guillens lineup changes in third games of series have often thrown away possible sweeps. 2 of 3 is nice, especially against good teams. But the throw away games add up to problems in September.

Cintron back on bereavement list
It speaks volumes about things when people are waiting for a Toby Hall to give our offense a boost.
