Dude was a World War II Vet who took a bullet for his country only to have two s*** birds repay him by beating him for a few bucks and leaving him to die in a parking lot at night. Really makes it seem like that the pain and sacrifice he made went for naught.

Singleton was brutal at the very beginning, but there was some good progress made before he left. I hear him once every so often on Sunday Night Baseball, and he's not bad at all.
