Which one would you take, if you had to choose between them? I'd choose Thome, personally.

You know, all things considered, I'd still take a Healthy Thome over a Healthy Thomas.

When I was younger, I had a certain fondness for Nomo -- you know, when he was with the Dodgers. But I was wondering -- am I just confused, and because I was young, something superficial made me think he was good, or was he good years ago but horrible now?

Hawk and DJ are talking about Greg Maddux and he great he was because he never cared about people stealing base as he trusts his pitching to take out the man at the plate, and they were saying that Thornton should take that example and be like Maddux. Well, maybe he should take some of Maddux's middle-aged talent instead.
