  1. Wow. Why in the f***ing f*** is Sale still out there? Good lord.
  2. Now that we know, how can we lose??
  3. Another f***ing brutal loss. God damn it. I really thought we had it. I'm like, 0-4 with Sox games since moving to LA and I think in all 4, they were leading at some point. This one is 100% on Ventura. Absolutely ludicrous to leave Sale out there after the double.
  4. QUOTE (GreenSox @ Jun 5, 2014 -> 06:55 AM) How is this not 100% Alexei's fault? All he has to do is run him back to first and Beckham is there waiting. http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/gameday/index.jsp?g...&mode=video "Wahoohoohahoo!" haha, Hawk's call on Garcia's home run was amazing.
  5. QUOTE (Charlie Haeger's Knuckles @ Jun 4, 2014 -> 08:24 PM) There's a lot of pretty girls at Dodger games. I'll be in LA for work in September. I need to go to a Dodgers game. Ain't that the truth! It made up for the s***show 6th inning on Monday night.
  6. The real question is: where will the Sox hang out tomorrow? My goal is to find Gordon Beckham, steal a lock of his hair, and start a cult.
  7. Chris Sale has also yet to give up a hit to a lefty. LOL
  8. Chris Sale has an ERA+ of 260 right now. The AL leader (Sale doesn't qualify) is at 220. God damn.
  9. http://www.csnchicago.com/white-sox/four-y...bled-chris-sale Hahahahahahahahahahahaha. Are Sale's teammates trolling him with the song in the background?
  10. I'm getting excited! This will be my first Sox game this year. I'm leaving the office in about an hour.. who all is going? I'm sitting about 20 feet to the right of the Sox dugout. So glad Abreu is back!
  11. QUOTE (Chilihead90 @ Jun 1, 2014 -> 12:09 PM) That was an absolute monster shot by Headley. And then a basehit. I think it's because I switched rooms guys. Sale knows I left the kitchen, and he clearly does his best work when I'm in there. Put this one on me. Get back in the kitchen! and bring me a sandwich while you're in there.
  12. QUOTE (flavum @ Jun 1, 2014 -> 12:09 PM) If Buehrle is done today, he's looking at 10-1, 2.10 on June 1. #30Wins #GetItDoneBigGuy
  13. QUOTE (Heads22 @ Jun 1, 2014 -> 12:07 PM) Welp, not sure if I've seen one hit that solidly off of Chris in a long time. he had to prove he was human, otherwise they might start investigating him for being a cyborg.
  14. "That was pitch number 45 for Chris Sale; his effectiveness may start slipping, as he holds opposing hitters to a .127 average in the first 45 pitches but they hit .167 off him after that." I'll take .167
  15. QUOTE (Soxfest @ Jun 1, 2014 -> 11:45 AM) Flowers coming down fast. He had the luckiest April I think I've ever seen. His BABIP was something like .600. What?
  16. QUOTE (Heads22 @ Jun 1, 2014 -> 11:55 AM) Apparently Chris has plans after the game Hopefully they involve catching an early flight to LA and hanging out somewhere that I can stalk him down.. er, uhm.
  17. QUOTE (Soxfest @ Jun 1, 2014 -> 11:49 AM) That would be there 2nd mistake. The first one being showing up to the park today?
  18. QUOTE (Chicago White Sox @ Jun 1, 2014 -> 11:46 AM) Chris Sale is just so damn good. 9 up 9 down while only using 30 pitches. Add in that cool mustache and he's got to be the most enjoyable player to watch on the Sox. Abreu can give him a run for his money, but there's something special about watching a pitcher just dominate lineups. Hear, hear! Dude is just a stud, and we have him for many years.
  19. QUOTE (Heads22 @ Jun 1, 2014 -> 11:41 AM) Is 29 pitches through three innings good? If Sale were any good, he'd had only thrown 20.
