I disagree completely. Guys can get accused by people they've never even met. A woman's word is enough to get you brought in. In an Indiana study, 45 of 109 rape accusations were found false (the women admitted they had lied). Also, I'm hoping your last statement isn't implying that because a man has casual sex with a woman (a messy situation), he deserves to be falsely accused of rape and have his life f***ed up, while the woman has little to no responsibility in the matter.
