I went to Detroit and watching Loaisa, I think he is still injured. There is something in his motion, even when he's out playing catch in between innings with the LF that makes me think he has shoulder problems.

Since the Sox traded him, his slugging pct. is about .230. I see no reason a first place team needs this Nationals reject.

And it is pretty scary in a draft where you pick a ton of players, they seem to be out of names by that round, but 10 years from now when you go back to the 6th round, KWJR will most likely have the same amount of major league success as everyone except perhaps 1 or 2 from that round, if that many, and he'll have the same amount of success as some of the names thrown around on this board for the Sox to draft in the first round paying them millions.

USCF is a goofy park. The wind is howling out of the SW yet the garbage flows on the field towards the SW corner.

Hurt last year. AJP? Avg. down a bit from Minnesota days. Power numbers up. Quentin? A revelation. If AZ had any thought he could do what he's done, he wouldn't be a White Sox. Cabrera? He hasn't been as good as advertised. Considering he's playing for a contract, and admittedly selfish, do you think he pays any attention to a hitting coach? Swisher? He's been horrible. I suppose you could say its on Greg Walker, but that would be laughable. Ramirez? He's been a lot better hitter than most of baseball thought, or he would have been able to get more money? Uribe? Every Uribe post blames Uribe for everything that goes wrong with the White Sox. Just the other day he needed to be released because of a couple of tough losses.
