They start TNF on week 1 now and run it through week 15. There aren't enough bye weeks to structure it that way, so they'd have to give up a handful of the TNF games in order to make that work.

It's (partially) raising the bottom rate from 10% to 12%. but as we saw from dumping an extra $89 billion into the Pentagon recently without a single person asking "But how will we pay for?!", nobody actually cares about the debt or the deficit except as a cudgel to beat the opposition's policies with.
