Well, I just don't agree, You can choose any inning and say this. We were up 4-2 going into the ninth against a team that is one of the worst in baseball. This was toally on Koch. He sucks and he sucked last year. He needs to go. He has lost two games for us in the last 5 days. He Blows, He blows and he sucks. We agve away two games this week, we could have been 3 up. it will be tough to win games without magglio, we do not need Koch to give games away. Ozzie needs to amke the call. I blame him just as much.

So true, but the key to that inning was Crede's swing way out of the strike zone. All you need was a fly ball to anyone except Inchiro. Crede needs to come through.

They are broadcasting to the nation not us. We know our guys inside and out. they play to the lowest common demonator. in addition, we are raely on national TV so many people don't know our lineup or defense or lack of it. they are not that bad. PS Why would Crede swing at a ball 6inces off the plate

Actaullay when Rowand was batting four hundred in spring training Ozzie loved Rowand. Maybe its because Rowand is a 4th outfielder on every team except the Expos. That is all he will be. Now Timo is no better, but we don't have alot with maggs gone, therefore we will need to deal with both of these pieces of crap for awhile. At least until a trade is made, which I predict Rowand will be part of.

Actually I agree. I find his swing and his running to be lazy. His swing is still way to long. he carries a Mike Piazza bat up to the plate. He stands upright and straight, no knees bent. Never chokes up or shortense up. When he runs, he jogs, he never runs hard or low to the ground. Quite frankly I find him to be a boring and insignificant ballplayer. He is playing like Jeff cirillo played last year. It appears, Greg Walker can't get through to him. I would bat him ninth. Its unfortunate because he has potential just seems aloof.

I understand alot of the thiniking here but that did not lose the game for us. The game was lost in the previous inning.Thomas stuck out looking with 1st and second nobody out. Then konerko pops up after going 2-0 to end the inning with the bags loaded. That was indeed the inning. Thomas should have fouled htat pitch off, and Paulie, well, everyone knows what i think of Paulie.

This is not because of today's loss. Two things if this were sept or even the playoffs and we had a one run lead, who would you want to be the closer. Lets just pretend this was a playoff game in oakland. Second- He is right now our best pitcher in the pen.

That would mean two power bats out of the lineup, maggs and konerko. next: Cub series- The Cubs will be completely healthy by then and we won't. Again two power hitters out of the lineup. lets get the fifth starter and lets trade for another outfielder with decent pop. Winners get this stuff done.

Brando, I like the way you think although they won't get Drew. They should however pull the trigger on the pticher if not just to make it easier on the rest of the lineup. I also agree with getting another outfielder that can hit a bit, but they won't get Drew. I will have to give this some more thought.
