I wouldn't keep them out based on steroids, but I think it is fair to expect better power numbers, more strike outs, etc. then their non juicing peers.

Certainly comparing Bonds to other non steroid player would be unfair, a judgment has to be made regarding his stats. I think it would be very wrong to, for example, compare Palmeiro's steroid home run total to Reggie Jackson's non steroid. So just saying Jackson is in with 563 so Palmeiro should be in with 569 doesn't make sense to me. So is Palmeiro's totals to Frank Thomas 513 or Ernie Banks 512? Perhaps Lou Gehrig's 493.

Most of these discussions assume that there is cheating and not cheating and there is no sliding scale of cheating. But perhaps there is one, and on that scale, is the discussion. It is difficult to defend some sort of cheating and not others. But like speeding, we allow 5 mph and come down hard on 40 mph. Perhaps many people see artificially altering their bodies as a far worse offense then a drop of Vaseline™ or a corked bat. Others see it as the same and that we should allow all cheating.

^^^^ Checking out the story linked and some follow up, you would not be infected from viewing the ad on this site. The problems are in visiting their site and the installation of malware, etc. My advice would be to not click on the 180ad.

From what I was reading the problems are at *their* site, not from the ads. You shouldn't have a problem from the ad being displayed. Until Jas can get to it, if you are not clicking on the ad, you should not be infected.
