Brian has come over to the dark side and cheers for Jeff B as well now. So, in turn, I cheer for Ricky Rudd. Nascar and hockey we generally agree on except when the Canes play the Sens lol. Guess I won't have to worry about that for awhile (if ever again).

Exaclty why I am glad Brain gave up on the scrubs a couple years back. Now we are only at each others' throats for the Mariners-Sox games lol.

I'm having a slow brain day. How can you get the email/phone number if you can't get to the webpage? Are they assuming you've been there before?

I do a minimum of a payment and a half for mine (that's why I still use a check). I also use a check for my student loans because it varies how much extra I pay.

The last few years though the weather at the home opener has been better than the season opener. April is just tough to pin point weather.

Friends of ours that are getting married on Saturday were at the game tonight - big Card fans. I really feel for them. He's probably drowning his sorrow in a mug of suds right now.

The eclipse rocked - got some decent pics too. I've always wanted to see the northern lights in person. I hear it is quite the experience.

That happened to Brian as well. He was coming back from Ohio (his mom lived there for a couple years) and took the wrong exit - took 90 instead of 94 (or something like that). I seem to remember him telling me that it took a couple hrs from that point to get home. Of course that could be an excuse because he was supposed to come by my apartment for dinner when he got back lol.

Brian's buddy that is getting married Saturday is going with his FI to the game tomorrow night. He is a HUGE Cards fan.

You really have to feel for the guy and his family. Prayers go out that she makes a full recovery.

I wish I could see them play the WolfPack or the BSens. But it seems they are staying mainly in their division again this year.

Brain was the "nicey nicey" guy for about, oh, 2 weeks. I like the real him much better lol. The hardest part of a relationship for me is family. Once you get to that point, you will know what I mean.

I always thought that was a play on words based on having a ranch (as in a bucking bronco, or something like that). I honestly didn't even think about the alternative. I seem to always think a little differently then most lol.

I am really needing some Carolina hockey now. I was driving to work and "Rock you like a Hurricane" came on and the cravings for hockey began. I really need to get to a Wolves game soon.
