2007 was fun bad. This is frustratingly depressing bad. It does not help the girlfriend is a fairweather Yankee fan and I've had to watch the games at a bar full of Yankees fans all week. At least tonight's game is on WGN and I can stay home to watch. If the Yanks complete the sweep and then the Twinks sweep past us, then I'll be ready for fun bad. Too invested to be ready for fun bad right now.

I will try to get some Indians fan insight this weekend. Totally opposite range tix for the two days, upper deck row Q vs. behind Sox dugout row J for Sat. & Sunday. In my road trip experiences the past few years (Cleveland, Boston, New York and Toronto) NY had the douchiest fans, Boston the most knowledgeable, Toronto the kindest and Cleveland the most opinionated. The last time I was there it was a Cliff Lee complete game shut out for his 20th win the year he won the CY Young and the game Quentin punched his bat and ended his season. Hopefully I find some intelligent Cleveland fans this trip!
