WSF..... Roman used to change positions on White Sox players like the wind changed directions. Everyone ripped him apart because of it. He then announced to everyone afterwards that KW was his guy and that he would never change his position on our GM. I believe he's doing this to prove a point..... there can be no other reason for him defending this asswipe that has decimated the White Sox team in less than 3 years. And if he can't see it, there's no use in trying to show him. He'll never agree with you because he has a point to make. Ooh, youre smart. But thats not the only reason Im doing this. 1. I like Kenny because he got us Colon, Jiminez and Koch. 2. I do have a point to prove. 3. I am kinda like JR, very pro minority. 4. The KW dictatorship doesnt bother me, it didnt hurt the team. But JMs idiocy has hurt the team and it bugs the crap outta me. There is one player on this team who I will support no matter where he is, altho I will support him even more if hes here. Thats Frank Thomas. I will never turn against him. He has my allegiance no matter where he is. But every other player on this team only has my allegiance because they were the black and white. As soon as they leave, Ill wish em luck but if they fail completely it wont matter to me. Ive got Kennys back but once he leaves the organization, I might be a little mad but after a while it probably wont bother me anymore. Mostly because fans dont get sentimental over GMs the way the do over players. No matter how good KW is at his job, hell never be as important as Thomas...

I like Jiminez and I think hes a good hitter but his crappy fielding and lack of effort are unacceptable. He needs to hustle his butt off, no exceptions. Dropping a popup and costing the team three runs is just pathetic...

The Oakland A's last year had little speed...and they could have easily made it to the World Series. They had one real lefty power hitter in the entire lineup(as do we....Jose anyone?). Who says Colon won't have a solid year? I don't expect him to go 20-8 with a 2.93 ERA....18-12 with a 3.75 ERA would be great by my standards....that's all we'll need to get to the postseason. Garland is better than you think....he has just been the exact opposite of Loaiza. His ERA in April last year was 8.00...or around there. He then had an ERA under 4.00 for every month after that with the exception of July. If I can get an ERA under 4.00 for every month but two from my #3 pitcher....I'm gonna be happy. Wright won 9 games in the second half last year. Stewart is in the minor leagues...and if we get 13-13 4.50 out of Loaiza....I'll be happy as a clam. Our bullpen is one of the strongest in the league and we have probably the best depth out of any team in that category...that statement was stupid....sorry, but it's the truth. The White Sox, with Jm as manager and KW as the GM, did not use small ball. The White Sox, with JM as manager and Ron Schueler as GM, did use small ball. Whether or not it has to do with the hitting coach(Joshua under Schu, Ward under KW) is a different matter. We will see. The A's of last year are comparable to this year's White Sox. Then again...the A's had and still do have a GM with a clue. We haven't. He doesn't realize the joy of being able to play golf on a beautiful sunny day in the middle of summer. Instead....he wants to manage the team through JM. He'll be playing a little more golf now that he is not the GM. Look up the bullpens ERA. It aint gonna be pretty...

The team is poor but Jerry Manuel just makes it worse. If we want to win, Manuel is the first thing we are going to have to change. I think without Manuel, we could win about 85 games. With him, 75. And what is so bad about my sig? It is the motto and the hymn of the greatest fighting force of the greatest nation on Earth. And I refuse to remove it. Period.

Our offense is overrated. It has no speed (or atleast, a manager who fails to use it), no left handed power and it cant hit in the clutch to save its life. Colon had a great year last year and should logically be expected to fall a little this year. Garland is not a true major leaguer. He cant handle the pressure consistently. Stewart/Wright/whoever is number five cannot be counted on. Loaiza always starts off hot. Hell do well but not that well. 13 wins, 4.50 ERA, you can book that from him. Our bullpen is weak. But most importantly, Jerry Manuel doesnt use small ball, such as bunts, steals, hit and runs etc. to his advantage. This team is not World Series caliber...

Koch is injured. Once he recovers hell fare well. So Adkins wasnt the best gain but knowing that Ray didnt stay in Oakland its a draw. And Cotts and Holt are good prospects. Cotts tearing it up but Im not sure how Holts doing. And we agree on Olivo so nothing to argue there...

He got us Bartolo Colon and D'angelo Jiminez! What more could we ask for? And dont tell me how hes been writing the lineups, I dont care. Hes created a good team, he just put an idiot at the wheel...

Koch is struggling but we got Cotts and thats important. And Olivos a great pickup. He should be good in the near future. I love his arm, nobody can steal on him...

JM didnt have to do anything in 2000. But now, the players need his help. And so far he hasnt adjusted to give them any help. Thats why he needs to go. And I really dont hope we lose every game for the rest of the season, I just want Manuel to go...
