  1. But there were already questions about his durability coming out of last offseason...and lack of experience.
  2. Guess it could have ended up a whole lot worse than that. Giolito ends up with a pretty terrible line and no contract extension in sight.
  3. Now he's down to 95 mph and we will hear about a strain all offseason...again.
  4. Well the season might be decided these next two outs...
  5. Crochet over Bummer the first interesting pen decision...
  6. TLR is going to get roasted if we lose the lead this inning somehow...
  7. Waiting for a Greg comment on 4-5 hour postseason games..
  8. That shockingly worked out okay...so far. Gotta get Giolito the win, lol.
  9. Feel more confident in those guys than Crochet or Kopech but it has been a constant issue call season long so just have to go with gut/intuition to hopefully get the ball to Hendriks.
  10. Reached way outside of the zone for that one. Eloy and Vaughn both need offseason reset buttons.
  11. Professional at bat....seems like the success rate in those situations has been less than 50% but probably much higher in reality. Astros give one back.
  12. Thank god, a lead finally. Maybe now the hitters will finally start to relax a little bit more. Can't believe still 15 more outs to somehow collect, though.
  13. Giolito likely gets one more inning...two would be a godsend.
  14. Will take a 4 1/2 to 5 hour game if we can actually win one...4:00 a.m. in China and have makeup workday tmrw, sigh.
  15. Robert has been the clear standout of this lineup so far...considering it seemed there was a chance he might never be the same again, that's one huge reason to have hope for the series and future.
  16. Engel isn't very proficient at it...but it is what it is. A tie game on the road with our bullpen is what, a 30-35% likelihood of winning?
  17. And that's why it won't happen...don't even want Hernandez back, either. I feel like Lillian will be beating the same drum for another decade until someone finally listens.
