Boston initially acquired Noda from the Angels for cash considerations May 22. He spent his entire time in the organization at Triple-A Worcester. He went 14 for 37 (.378) with a .519 on-base percentage, .703 slugging percentage, 1.221 OPS, three home runs, three doubles, 13 RBIs, nine runs, 12 walks and 12 strikeouts in 13 games. Noda posted a 2.2-bWAR with Oakland in 2023 as a Rule 5 rookie. He batted .229 with 16 homers, 54 RBIs, .770 OPS and 15.6% walk percentage in 128 games for the A’s.
