And that's a series taking White Sox winner!

I had to take a long walk after that 9th. Now I need a drink. What a game, what a season so far!

Edgar stopping around third and doing whatever the hell it was he did was the best. Love him forever now.

Go suck a konkey dong Conforto

Edgar Quero says "Oh We FUCKIN"

Loved that shot of the little kid Cubs fan looking like someone just ran over his dog.

Edgar Quero's death has been greatly exaggerated.

6th time this year the Sox trailed in the 7th inning or later and won the game.

They showed some heart and guts today.

Well done.

(Now as far as the "closer" situation"...that's another story)

Gotta admit. Amazing call by Schriffen here.

Quero is back baby!!

Sox catcher delivering a dagger in Cubs’ hearts?

Sounds familiar

1) When Peters and Quero hit home runs to win a game it appears as if The Miracle on 35th Street is occuring. 2) The team needs another starting pitcher. If they can't bring up anybody from the minors nor acquire one in a trade why not put Grant Taylor in the rotation. 3) Does anybody really think this is a great Cubs team? Wouldn't it be something if the White Sox make he playoffs and the Cubs don't. I think it could happen.

9 game homestand vs. a wildcard rival, a division rival, and the crosstown rival… Sox come out of it 7-2.

Their starter didn't have it today, their closer didn't have it (bad luck/calls aside), and they stranded the winning run at 2nd in the 9th...but still came through with a win vs. a Cubs team with the 3rd best record in baseball.

Really feels like this team has earned a bit more than people calling the game when they go down 2 early or give up 1 late. They aren’t going to win all of them, but they are going to fight like hell.

Sox improve to 24-22. Win 24 last year came over a month later in the season (June 20)...and was paired with 52 losses.

3 hits, 5 ABS overturns, and a massive walkoff dong for EQ. He's too young and too talented to give up on.

Top of the order can hang with a lot of teams, and the role guys have been finding their own ways to chip in.

Let's mess around and win another west coast road trip (might need another fresh arm...), and then we'll see what they're really made of with a 10 game run vs. the division. CLE won again (thanks for nothing, Reds), so still 1 GB.

Their injuries in the starting rotation could screw them later in the year.

They need Taylor for the bullpen possibly to start closing games.

Barring a run of injuries to starting position players the Cubs have more than enough to make the post season in a pretty strong National League.

The A.L. is really down this season so anything is possible for the Sox given the division they are in.

Every single game I wish it were Benetti. Reinsdorf and Boyer did that guy dirty.

I don’t miss Benetti at all. Still a ways to go but Schiff is getting better.

OMG!!
