Brian Anderson's Injury
QUOTE(BearSox @ Mar 17, 2007 -> 09:29 PM) We always have god... um, I mean, Ryan Sweeney. Sweeney's not a centerfielder, and he's getting eaten alive this spring. He needs AAA.

QUOTE(CanOfCorn @ Mar 17, 2007 -> 05:24 PM) Wha hoppened? You guys are killing me with this play-by-play. I'll I got down here in Texas is WGN and I don't wanna see the Cubs. LAAAAAAA up 4-3, two on, one out, top 9. Aardsma looking better than before, getting ahead, and getting strikes on his slider.

OMG I'm having delicious potato soup for dinner, then watching the NCAA Wrestling Championships. I'd love a DP here. Fields needs to learn to stick that one in his pocket. Maybe that grounder will knock some control into David.

Either the CSN gun is slow, or our so called flamethrowers can't bring the heat. QUOTE(Flash Tizzle @ Mar 17, 2007 -> 05:18 PM) Aawful in to extend the Angel's lead. I'm sure we'll see 95% fastballs. LOL, so in the first atbat we're seeing about half fastballs. Walk

For the love of God, Aardsma, show something.

Here's what I'd like to see.... Count, Buehrle, Jon, Javy, Floyd; Jenks, MMac, Thornton, Masset, Logan, Haeger But that'll never happen, cause that would allow Sisco and Danks to hammer stuff out at AAA and it'd mean Floyd was doing good. Here's what I think will probably happen, of course, waiting on Danks' start. Count, Buehrle, Jon, Javy, Danks; Jenks, MMac, Thornton, Masset, Sisco, Logan I don't like the idea of three lefties, but we might just reward performance. Who knows. Owens the new DH. Christ. Owens takes second on the bad throw. I guess we want this game. Terrerohno at bat.

Howie Kendrick with a mammoth blast.

LAAoA vs. Sox - St. Patricks Day, 3/17/07
QUOTE(SoxFan1 @ Mar 17, 2007 -> 05:03 PM) He wasn't really tearing it up in the 2nd half either...but for BA, maybe he was. He hit .260 or so in the second half. That was better than a chunk of our players.

QUOTE(Flash Tizzle @ Mar 17, 2007 -> 05:01 PM) Sisco was just featured in White Sox commercial. Yeah, I just don't believe he's going to start the season at AAA. Oh Gosh, that last fastball was nasty.

QUOTE(SoxFan1 @ Mar 17, 2007 -> 05:00 PM) As far as BA goes, to me, he is different than Garland, Crede, and Rowand. We gave those guys all the chances in the world.....(JOSH FIELDS! PUT IT ON THE BOARD!)....but there was a different feeling with them. Anderson on the other hand, with every game, I lose hope in him. And it was never like that with Rowand, Jon, or Joe. Don't get me wrong, Anderson is a great great CFer, but he can't hit a lick. Actually, he's hit all of his pro career, except for the first half of last year. Sisco in. Christ, that looked a hell of a lot quicker than 89.

Wow, I thought BA was safe. On that note, Ozzie probably will criticize him for something that he'd laud AJ for trying. :uhoh FIELDS

Happy St. Patrick's Day
GP, I shudder to think of what you'd be like tailgating at a college football game.... BTW, the new green skin is kinda thrown together, but if you're feeling Irish.....ha.

Brian smiling. How blissfully unaware. QUOTE(Tony82087 @ Mar 17, 2007 -> 03:06 PM) Wow, not even fitted caps. That's the sort of concessions we have to make to have room to sign Toby Hall. Count wearing long black sleeves today, which makes total sense with the chance of it hitting 100 down there today. GrindErstad with the first out. Ozzie loved his hustle as he jogged 15 feet. Easy inning for Count.
