25 man roster? Is Anderson out??
QUOTE(Kalapse @ Mar 11, 2007 -> 06:24 PM) It has nothing to do with being good enough. That's what I was trying to get across but apparently I didn't make I didn't make it clear enough. Eduardo could tear the cover off the ball in every game he plays this Spring but there just isn't a spot for him on the roster if Podsednik is healthy, unless of course defense means absolutely nothing. Pablo did play in CF yesterday.

Let's see if Adam can jsut pitch over that. It's not the end of the world when Ichiro beats you. 2-0 Seattle now. So, yeah, get a grounder Adam.

Adam is cruising. On Russell: So, does Tree work?

BA's BA .318 This is my first chance to see Russell. He's still making some mistakes but he sure looks like he's got the stuff.

Big XII Tournament
SI has (2) Kansas vs (15) Belmont. If only.

QUOTE(Flash Tizzle @ Mar 11, 2007 -> 02:45 PM) Danks should be starting against lineups such as these. Seattle brought their A lineup out this afternoon. I concur. On a side note, maybe we'll see something out of Adam. Wouldn't it be neat to have a legit hardthrowing starter prospect?

Big XII Tournament
QUOTE(aboz56 @ Mar 11, 2007 -> 02:42 PM) Kansas getting waxed, if they lose by 20, how could you give them a #1 seed? You probably can't. There might then be two Big Ten teams if that game is close.

Interesting things to observe.... How does Iguchi look as leadoff? Sweeney will be in LF, as the two hitter.....a likely future scenario. Can Eduardo keep mashing? Can Anderson keep heating up, and does it make a difference if he's not batting between the black hole of Juan and Pods? Is Fields holding his own? Why is Andy Gonzalez considered a prospect of any type? What can our new top catching prospect show us?
