You're not even Swiss. The OSM dates back to the fifties, and the original ESM dates back to 1530 with Hans E. And you think you can get in with a tshirt......

Cerb talking about Jason in the POST OF THE YEAR:

Don't f***ing mess with the Oelwein Swiss mafia. We'll mess you f***ers up good. lol Jason, I did delete the voicemail of you saying "Hi, How are you? I'm thuuper, thanks for asking!" on my cell. I planned on using it against you at some point.

Post. Of. The. f***ing. Year.

Yeaaaaaaaaaa....I'm sure Dan and Cerb will testify as such.......

Yeah to top it off my picture was on the front page of the paper next to where it said Jason Gage. I figured I was famous for running this place with Jason's small amount of help, but alas, no.
-
A gay Jason Gage was murdered near here, from my home town......strange but true.

I was just looking at it. All the names are in alphabetical order for admins except for Mr. Showtime. His name's right there at the top. Just thought that was kinda peculiar.

QUOTE(SoxFan101 @ Mar 16, 2005 -> 07:31 PM) lol get that league pass thing or whatevr. College students are generally not made of money. God knows we're not.

I'm sorry, I should've made it clearer. Instead of replacing it with CSN Chicago (they're dropping FSN because of the loss of Cubs games) they are replacing it with FSN Midwest.

[supergreen]The cloning solution is rather elegant. You see, we can lower our dependancy on foreign oil with a solution from the good ol' days. We can use whales. That's right. Whales. Since we don't have to worry about extinction, we can just wring those gigantic mammals of their blubbery gold, thus solving quite a few problems at once. [/]

f*** the environment. Not like it's ever done anything or provided anything for us.

I found out recently that we will be getting CSN here in the O-town megalopolis on April 1. I'm pleased. I'm exicted. I'm gonna have Sox coverage for the first time since October. Now I've found out in the Des Moines region covered by Mediacom, including Ames, where I will be going to college next year, they will drop FSN Chicago in favor of FSN Midwest, meaning that when I move in August, I will miss the majority of Sox games. This normally wouldn't cause an uproar except for the unusually high number of Cubs fans who are already complaining about it. If you live in central Iowa or another region going through this same situation I suggest you get in touch with Mediacom to tell them how you feel. Shoot, I think it's ridiculous the city with the friggin' Cubs AAA affiliate will see twice the number of Cards games than Cubs games. That and my 99 Sox games.

They made one basket.

We played 3-on-3 action going to 11 by ones....the varsity won 11-2. We played two guys who are bench role players and a bench guy who plays less than me. The bench guy who plays less than me lit them up for 7 points. The 8th graders were flat out embarassed. We talked with them afterwards about not running their mouths and such.

QUOTE(SoxFan101 @ Mar 14, 2005 -> 11:30 PM) i consider this Honels make or break year in terms of being a top prospect once again. While he didnt look 2 good his last outing he pitched pretty well his outing b4 that and this is his first time really pitching for like a year so i give him a break. So if he can show that he is again the same pitcher he once was as the season progresses i still got a lot of hope in him. as far as predicting goes here is my take 2006: 1B: Ross Gload(Konerko costs 2 much money for what he gives us, also he hurts our offense as much as he helps with his poor ass road stats and with his double plays) If Lyle Overbay is a F/A i wouldnt mind us looking at him good OBP guy. 2B: Iguchi(I have a good feeling about this dude.) SS: Uribe(will dissapoint in 2005 this be a make or break year kind of for him) 3B: Joe Crede(wont last the whole season, just taking up time for Fields to get some more AB's) LF: Aaron Rowand(hope he is a white sox for a long time) CF: Brian Anderson RF: Jermaine Dye(1 year left on his contract also stop gap for Sweeney) C: AJ Pieryznski(he is the man ) SP:Mark Buerhle SP:Freddy Garcia SP:Orlando/Contreras(one of these 2 will either be moved to bullpen or traded) SP:Jon Garland SP:B-Mac(his time to shine) in 2007: i have no clue but i hope Sweeney will be ready by then. Two things (to start with) Does Pods just evaporate? I don't see Fields up here next year at all if Crede truly has fixed his problems.

Pride should be enough.

Jas, if we want to present ourselves as professional, I wouln't refer to Baj's pitch as a slutter. Sure, that's what he calls it, but it just doesn't flow right or look right. I'm not gonna edit it but I don't think it fits if professionalism is what we are going for.

I've got some issue with putting Rookie League guys as higher prospects than others. I couldn't put Gio ahead of Anderson or Sweeney. You can't tell a lot on an prospect until they reach AA. I also don't think that Honel should be as high as he is. His stock drops a little bit each day. It's also very difficult to get me excited about a prospect infielder. I was about Ricks, but since all indications point to him behind the plate, I hope he's challenging Donny Lucy and (shudder) Chris Stewart and Jon Aceves before long.
