I still think if you're an American hockey fan, if something can happen that can make hockey more important to Americans, and, especially, the WWLIS or any other sports media in America, I would think you'd want that.

This is a heck of a game for the sport, that, of course, is being televised on the wrong channel. I know it's a prelim game, but it's also a game that could have hooked quite a few people.

On a side note, if we don't get Damon, I hope we take a serious look at Hank Blalock. I can't imagine he'll be too expensive, but he could function as an insurance policy, bats with the left hand, and he can play some infield, allowing for the possibility of less at bats for Omar Vizquel.
