You mean with the workouts? I feel I've been pretty good with knowing my stopping point. I'm assuming to still take protein after Yoga today, too.

OK....wasn't sure. It's my first foray into protein supplements.....I've just been following the bottle.....a scoop (now two) in a glass of water within a couple of minutes after P90X.

Day 3 down, starting with protein today. The bottle says one-two scoops....26 grams of protein per scoop....and I'm not sure if I should do 1 or 2.

My legs sure are sore today.
