I've caught a few episodes of this, I would watch it more but I don't watch TV. It's hilarious. I've never noticed a plot though, it just seems like all these guys do is run around acting like douchebags.

So, this risks falling into the "TMI" category, but my wife and me both woke up a few mins before the alarm this morning so we started having sex and about 5 minutes into it my 2-year old son woke up early and walks his happy ass into the room and climbs up in the bed with us. I was like WTF lil dude, why now?

Well by "private financing" I'm guessing that is the same thing as corporate sponsors and the Olympics have always had that. But then you have somewhere like China, where there really isn't much difference between the government's interests and the business community's interests... the U.S. gov't is not going to come off of 40 billion for the Olympics like they did.

kap this AP article is a little less specific but you get the drift. It doesn't say exactly what systems but they're talking about the same thing in that essay I linked.
