Amen. Sox are lucky to even be in this race thanks to Minnesota falling flat on its face a couple of times this first half. We are gonna have to go out and win some games against teams that usually spank us. It will also help to WIN ON THE ROAD.

This team needs to get like 6 or 7 games over .500. That's not something this team has been this late in a season since 2000. They always do this stupid inconsistent crap where they hover right around .500 for a whole summer. I need to see some people on this team step up and realize they have ALOT of work to do if they want to make up for a s***ty first half.

I was at the game tonight. Porzio looked remarkably sharp. He was not having trouble locating any of his pitches really. He just had that one bad inning where he was catching too much of the plate. Gimme a control guy with less amazing stuff like Porzio over Danny Wrong and his walks and wild pitches any day.

I guess we have a couple of two game series coming up, sounds like some more good work from the schedulers over at MLB. Detroit results will be delayed another day or two until I can get back to school.
