Well, it sucks that this stuff can happen, and that it's almost 0% preventable, but this really could have been a lot worse. In the end, it was a rather small loss in all things considered, so there's the bright side.

I'll pick my same dark horses from last year.....Myles Jaye and Andy Wilkins, also, Spencer Arroyo for the hell of it.

Also, Keenyn Walker leads AA-Southern League with 15 K. Jared Mitchell leads the AAA-International League with 20 K. So each advanced league we have a team in, we have a player who leads that league in Ks. Mitchell in AAA, Walker in AA, Hawkins in High-A

Hawkins now striking out in 61% of his PA. LOL. The next highest I see in the league is someone at 43%, but in only 23 PA to Hawkins 36 PA.

Myles Jaye looked like a real prospect today. 8 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 7 K Lowered his ERA to 1.00 on the young season. Not very sexy peripherals, though.

Cubs blow another save. Man, I feel like that's 4 or 5 this year. This time it was Camp, on 2-2 pitch to Hunter Pence w/ 2 outs.

It's so hard to cheer for that 2-run Konerko HR because this game should be 8-1, not 2-1. Brett Myers is sooooo bad. I honestly didn't even cheer, clap, smile, or react in any way. I just turned my head and kept watching the Hawks game.

The White Sox hitting w/ RISP is equal to the Blackhawks Power Play. Both are absolutely atrocious on "should be" scoring chances. The difference is the Hawks actually win a ton of games in other ways.

Indians announcers just said only 6 times has a hitter swung at the 1st pitch from Peavy this year. Those hitters are 5 of 6 with 2 HR, 2 2B, 4 RBI.....

Da Vinci's Demons was....meh. I wanted more realism. He had some sort of magical flying bird that was supposedly to be completely mechanical. Wasn't a fan of that. Also, they gave him a real "cool guy" look with a faux-hawk type hair. I'm pretty sure Da Vinci wore like a little red cap and puffy shirts, not a leather biker jacket and a spiked up hair. The last scene was an interesting plot twist, but I probably won't watch again unless I hear it gets better.

How long until Gillaspie is hitting 2nd? lol.
