Freddy is listed as the probable starter for Charlotte tonight.

QUOTE (TitoMB345 @ Aug 11, 2009 -> 11:57 AM) he better be in tonight. hes had plenty of time to catch a flight to seattle. Rios had to go to Toronto last night. I'm sure he'll get to Seattle in time to play, but you never know, he may sit tonight to catch is breath. Similar to when Beckham came up, I thought it was a bad move to make him fly in that morning to play that afternoon. Then he started 2-28. Not that it was a direct correlation, but you never know.

Beckham should wear 6. Should have been like that from the start.
-
Torres sent down.
-
This Thompson kid--I could see him having a Ryan Sweeney-type ascent through the organization.
-
Carter.
-
Dye will never get converted to 1B. No way. He's ready for the DH thing, and that's what will happen. Either with the Sox or another team.
-
So there's a week left to sign these guys. Do we get Morgado and Jones in the fold?
-
He needs to start turning down interviews. Especially ones that spell your name Beackham.
-
In other games... Charlie Leesman went 7 shutout innings. Trayce Thompson had a couple hits in game 1 of a doubleheader.
-
Contreras should be DFA. He's not going to help us the rest of the way, and he's not coming back next year. Thanks for the memories, but it's time to cut ties.
-
Hudson is done. Better luck next time.
-
Getting knocked around in the 4th. Fields didn't help him out with his defense.
-
Hudson so far: 3 innings, 4 hits 2 runs, 1 BB, 2 K
-
RBI single for Restovich. 6-2 going to the bottom of the 2nd
-
RBI single for Kroeger. 5-2
-
2-run double for Negron. 4-2 Knights. There's your lead, Daniel. Go pitch.
-
RBI double for Lillibridge. Still thinks he's a power hitter. 2-2
-
RBI single for Ginter. 2-1 Indianapolis
-
Hey, only 31 pitches in the first inning.
-
Bunt single, HBP, walk so far... Let's see him get out of this with minimal damage.

Listening to the game. Lillibridge got hit in the face on a pickoff attempt.
