That’s not a split squad. It’s a B game playing later this morning. Sox have a split squad on Sunday. They’ll probably have a bunch of roster cuts Sunday night or Monday morning.

Taking a first baseman only hitter with the 3rd pick, he’s got to be special. Wouldn’t be surprised to see him in Chicago in August if they really needed him.

He will definitely be Mike Petriello’s favorite player.

Evan Marshall sounds like he could do a good Rick Hahn impersonation.

Cubs moved their game time to Saturday night for the first game on Marquee. The rest of the Cactus League, don’t count on it.

Good interview. Easy to root for. Even liked his lineup...TA, Moncada, Grandal, Abreu, EE, Eloy, Robert, Mazara, Garcia Probably would flip Abreu and Grandal, but it’s a good lineup to start out with and then adjust as it goes on.
