To be honest, I don't think the Dodgers look that good in my opinion. I pick Giants.
I did pick the Giants to win the division. LA in the Play-In Game.

The AL is like guessing which teams will get lucky and avoid injuries. Parity is unreal this year.
Playoff teams-
Yankees, Tigers, Astros (Red Sox and Rangers play to get in)
Nationals, Cubs, Giants (Diamondbacks and Mets play to get in)
I'll change D-backs to Dodgers because of Pollock.

Won't be any worse than a 1 o'clock game on a work day.
Which makes me wonder why they couldn't move Opening Day to Sunday (today-for everyone). Then if some teams want the built-in off day on Monday, then that's fine.
There really is no good reason not to do it today, and then teams have a couple early off days in case the weather is bad.
Great weather for the whole series. Landing in Chicago Thursday night should be a brutal welcome home for the team.
40 on Friday? Skip Danks. Home opener on Saturday with Sale. Do it!

He's had a pretty good spring. Should be getting a ton of at bats
It would be delicious crow if he puts six good months together, with passable defense.
Sox-A's at 9pm central, while Cubs-Angels, and the NCAA championship are going on...this could be the least watched opening day game ever. (I may be exaggerating.)

He is what he is at this point unfortunately
He's taken too many beatings back there. I could see him coaching a college or minor league team within a few years.
There will be plenty of roster moves all year. I wouldn't worry about Sands making it to OD.
Somebody will be coming up at the end of April when Eaton is out on Paternity. They may just bring up another arm for a few days then too.
